This beautiful girl is Jazz, she may be beautiful but she is naughty. Jazz was brought down to us because she would not stop vomiting and her owners were very concerned. On examination she was showing signs of discomfort when her abdomen was palpated. Dr Raj recommended an ultrasound so we could see what was causing her pain. Unfortunely for Jazz and her family the ultrasound showed some shadowing in her intestines, this is a sign there is a foreign body present.
Jazz was immediately taken into surgery to remove the foreign body- turns out she decided to eat a peach seed! Jazz had a very good anaesthetic and woke up extremely well. She recovered quicky and is back to her normal happy self.
