Pet of the month for May 2020 goes to gorgeous Hunter
Hunter came in to see Dr Raj after being in a possible cat fight and having a sore eye. After examination was done on Hunter it was found that he had a deep puncture in his left eye causing the eye to have rupture, it was deiced that the best option was to remove Hunter eye. Hunter’s amazing owners were already aware of this procedure as their dog Ziggy is also missing his left eye.
Hunter underwent surgery to remove his eyeball and to close up the orbit cavity, he was very brave and strong during the anaesthetic and when he was recovering. He has been in for his final check and is fully recovered and back to his normal self.
