Dr Raj Gopal
BVMS (Hon's), PhD, Veterinary Surgeon

Raj graduated from Murdoch University with first class honour. He also holds a PhD degree in Veterinary Clinical Science from Massey University, New Zealand. Before Raj started at Atwell-Aubin Vet, he was working at Murdoch University Pet Emergency Centre, Malibu Veterinary Hospital, South Street Veterinary Clinic and Willetton Vet. His interests include Emergency medicine & critical care, surgery and internal medicine. Raj has ongoing commitment to continuing education. He has recently completed one year course in Small animal Surgery from Post Graduate Foundation in Veterinary Science, University of Sydney.
He is one of the few Vets in Western Australia, who has been accredited by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) for export of pets overseas.
He is very happy to see you and your pets and provide them with the best care possible. His interests outside work includes gardening, internet surfing, web page design, watching cricket and spending time with his family.

Dr Hali BSc, DVM (Murdoch), Veterinary Surgeon

Hali graduated from Murdoch University in 2018. She has since worked in Singapore for a couple of years before moving back to Perth. She has a strong passion for quality patient care and good client communication. She is also currently working towards her membership in Feline Medicine. She enjoys learning so that she can keep up to date on new treatments and research associated with the veterinary industry to provide the best up to date care for her patients.

In her free time, Hali enjoys playing videogames, riding on her motorcycle and spending quality time with her family and their special needs cat, Gingy. She will be looking forward to meeting your pets and will be happy to work together with you to ensure that your pet gets the best care possible.

Nial
Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Nial has been working at Atwell Vet since the first year of opening and is our current practice manager. She has completed her certificate II and III in animal studies and has also completed her certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at Bentley Campus. She has always had a passion to work with animals and loves being a part of the Veterinary industry.
Nial and her family are foster carers for dogs through the Dogs Behind Bars Rescue. She also has a love for reptiles and has a South West Carpet Python named Henry.
Nial enjoys the hands-on work and the different experiences that occur every day and wishes to continue studying in the veterinary nursing area to broaden her knowledge. She loves working at Atwell Aubin Grove Vet and has loved creating friendships with all her clients and patients.

Courtney
Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Courtney has a cert IV in Veterinary Nursing at the Bentley Campus and has also completed her cert II in Companion Animal Services. She has a strong love for animals.
She owns a Mastiff cross named Koby, an English Staffy named Bruce and a rescue cat called Amy.
Courtney loves working in the veterinary industry and enjoys assisting with surgeries. She enjoys working with all types of animals and hopes to continue her work in the veterinary industry for years to come.

Jodie
Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Jodie completed her cert IV in Veterinary Nursing at Bentley Tafe in 2019, and completed her prac with us throughout her veterinary studies.
She has a German Shepherd named Oscar and a DSH cat named Milly.
Jodie has always had a love of animals and is excited to be a part of the team at Atwell-Aubin Grove Vet and hopes to continue her work in the veterinary industry for years to come.

Gabbi
Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Gabbi started at Atwell Vet doing her work placement during high school. She completed her Certificates II and III in Animal Studies. She has also completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2023. She has a passion for working with animals.
She has a rescue Australian Terrier named Cooper. Gabbi loves working in the Veterinary Industry and loves that no day is the same. She loves working with all animals and will aim to continue her work in the Veterinary Industry for years to come
